Mark Schwing attended to our Tacoma truck service maintenance. Checked if any recalls. That's why I have Toyota of Boerne service our cars, no problems, thanks a bunch .
Was in yesterday for 30,000 mile service on our 4Runner. Mark was excellent and the service was completed more quickly than expected/predicted. Since we live some distance away, I always wait there for completion and find the coffee, tables out front, reception area comfortable and pleasant. Car wash was not operative however, so 4 stars today.
Marcella was wonderful in negotiating a great deal. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Marcella for all your help.
I love Toyota of Boerne’s service department. They are always nice, friendly & professional. There are several Toyota dealerships closer to me but I go out of my way to come here due to the excellent service that they provide!

Always ready, the Service Department had us on the docket from our appointments for my RAV4 and my wife's Camry. Bad rainy weather did not seem to affect them. Service Advisor Ronald Pelzel was very helpful, efficient and courteous. In fact, he retrieved my car for me since it was raining and I was handicapped. I drive to Boerne because of their service and personnel -- despite several more convenient dealerships here in San Antonio (one only1.2 miles away).
Service writer Bobby Jennings is always a pleasure to deal with. I always make my appointments with him because I know he will get my service done right.
